oh that's sad..maybe try not to make it so extreme. If your not use to doing many vegetables try to do the ones you like with adding in small amounts of the other ones. I would so fail at this, so just the fact that you've made it this long is amazing in my book:)
I don't normally feel this way. I tried a new recipe and it just wasn't for me. I'm mostly tired because I waited too long between breakfast and lunch because I was chatting with friends. And between meals I worked out and walked about a mile and a half. Most mornings when I wake up I feel rested and I've been waking up before 7:00 even feeling that way!
